We are really stoked for this to be Lung’s first release. It’s a single! Patrick Goddard is a special songwriter. Known from the original SF Noise Pop scene with his bands Cara de Nada, Go Pound Salt. Pat explores new sounds that reveal lovely post-punk and reggae textures.
Produced and engineered by Raymond Richards (Local Natives, LCD Soundsystem) and recorded in Portland. OR (just down the street from Lung HQ at B-Side Studios), this thing includes heavy hitters like Adam Beach (sax, flute, melodica – The Uptones, Zulu Spear), Knate Carter (bass – 1939 Ensemble), Ji Tanzer (drums – Swansea, Blue Cranes), Isaac Beach (drums – Pigtails, Celebrity Telethon), and Leon Cotter (keys and sax).
